Office Security
Accurate Data is located in a secure building, with
security guards routinely on duty. We have a separate staff entrance, and we closely monitor and log all visitors entering into and exiting from our office.
Technology Security
Accurate Data uses advanced anti-virus and network security software. Entered data is not stored on an Internet server,
providing a further layer of safety against external access. Electronic data transfer is only as per client request and using secure, dedicated lines. Our
servers are stored in a locked, secure, and temperature-controlled environment.
Employee Security
Accurate Data actively screens its employees, who
are strictly bound by non-disclosure. Our staff members each use an individual login identification and password and are closely supervised by human and electronic methods.
Document Security
Access to documents is secure and limited, and files are never left unattended. If requested, industrial shredders are used to destroy documents when a client project is complete. When using our company
vehicle, Accurate Data transports documents in a locked, secure, and fire proof metal box.
Client-Specific Security
Accurate Data is pleased to arrange on-demand client supervision of our work. We are able to accommodate requests for background checks on the employees working on a particular client project. In addition, we encourage our clients to discuss any other project-specific security
needs with us.
